How is Singapore working to reduce citizen stress?

Singapore has many specialized support for reducing citizen stress. For example, they have a few websites, such as MindSG, and 400 trained doctors. 51% of Singapore are experiencing high stress levels, unlike 10% who have lower stress. Although, 39% of people still have the same stress levels as before. 

Singapore want to add more mental health websites by 2030. It’s Okay to Reach Out is a campaign created by a health promotion board to help let Singaporeans reach out. Well Being Circles is a support group to help people talk about their feelings. This proves the amount of help Singapore has for any person.
