Like stress, friendship, etc. Many things in the world can help improve your mental health like nature, diets, and many more. When you have poor mental health, it can impact your perspective. The weather could be bad, occasions could turn out terrible, and you might find everything you do annoying. Taking care of your mental health is important since it is easily triggered. You could have bad memories or trauma and it would affect it. A way to improve your mental health could be talking to someone you trust. Phycologists say that other things help too; like yoga, mindfulness, and just having some deep breaths throughout the day.
