Stress is a reaction from your body when something new, confusing, or challenging happens. Under stress, the body makes physiological changes called adaptive responses. Many people of different ages experience stress. Children are stressed by friendship, family, socializing, sickness, school, and many more. Adults usually stress about abuse, pregnancy, love, money habits, and a few more. For adults, they mostly stress about finance. 71.5% of the world are worried and stressing over money, debt, etc. 54.75% of people worry about their personal health, which in percentages, concerns them the least, 67% of people stress about work, and 59.8% stress about family.

Stress can also cause such things as panic attacks, where your body breaks into a sweat, and a trigger of intense fear rushes over and you might even begin hyperventilating. You may think you're losing control, or even having a heart attack, which is why it is very serious.

Some kids can get so stressed that thoughts of suicide may come over, this can also happen with adults too. Suicide is most common with the ages 10-14, 25-34, or 65+.
